book this option if you would like to get some gems removed. Usually I can get them off, but I can't guarantee. I can always take off any glue residue / residue of the gem (grey layer). Removing glue residue is free, removing up to 3 gems is free if you get new gems during the same appointment, otherwise it's 5EUR. For removing 3-7 gems I charge 10EUR, for removing >7 gems I charge 15EUR.
